and structural steel a re not needed to support the weight of real
stone shapes with our products. Yet, with their products, design
limitations do occur. Window trims, sills, quoins and bands present
a problem due to their dimensions, size and weight. Mortar joints
fall in the wrong locations or solid pieces of cast concrete stone
require steel support.
However, A.D.I's Cast Lime Stone can eliminate these problems
with the warmth and beauty of hand carved limestone. Columns, window
sill, window trim, arches, quoins, dentils and fireplace surrounds
are made to order in a short lead time.
Cast Lime Stone is a mixture of natural materials, bonding agents
and proprietary ingredients, not a concrete product.
A.D.I's unique process of casting over Expanded Polystyrene Foam
Shapes creates the ability to custom cut and mold virtually any
size, length and shape that you design. Standard sizes and shapes
are available in a number of colors and finishes as well as custom
orders too! Minimize mortar joints and increase the esthetic value
of your building.
Cast Lime Stone's design flexibility allows it to easily be
utilized with other building exterior products, such as brick,
stone, cultured stone, stucco, thin brick, siding and E.I.F.S
(exterior insulation & finish systems). Weighing approximately 3 lb.
per square foot @ 4000 p.s.i. Cast Lime Stone is rock solid and can
be installed to wood framing, steel framing, masonry and concrete.

Stone. Fireplace surrounds and mantels, crown moulding, door casing
and chair rails can be incorporated to your interior at an
